"Field of Dreams" is an inspiring sports reality series where four top sports agents select seven talented rugby players (four males, three females) in their late teens from school and club teams across Australia and New Zealand. These players—competing in both rugby league and union—undergo intense physical, medical, and psychological evaluations as they train and grow throughout the season. The show builds toward an exciting climax, as the players face the ultimate goal: securing professional contracts and making their professional debuts. Along the way, the series highlights the mentorship, sacrifices, and life lessons involved in pursuing a career in rugby, inspiring young athletes by showcasing the hard work, perseverance, and resilience required to succeed in the competitive world of professional sports.
