Alex Gibbs is an accomplished marketing, public relations, and fundraising expert with over 25 years of experience, including more than 20 years in Asia. Alex founded and led two award-winning marketing and media agencies, Agenda Consulting and South Central Media. These agencies offered strategic guidance and operational support across multiple sectors, including large-scale community and corporate events, world-class educational institutions, globally recognized consumer brands, and iconic celebrity influencers.
With a portfolio of over 900 projects and 28 internationally recognized awards, Alex’s agencies served high-profile clients such as AIA Insurance, Giorgio Armani, David Beckham, Football Club Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur, Great Entertainment Group and the Hong Kong Observation Wheel. His extensive experience spans diverse industries, including events, music, entertainment, sport, and education. Alex’s event marketing expertise includes working on major projects like Alicia Keys, Billy Joel, Kylie Minogue, Elton John, and Top Gear Live, as well as award-winning events like AIA Carnival, The Grounds and ArtHK (now Art Basel). He has also supported international brands such as the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Singapore Tourism Board, Burberry and UBS, and collaborated with over 30 educational institutions and nine renowned charities.
Alex’s career is also marked by his distinguished sports background. He captained and coached the Hong Kong National Rugby 7s team for over a decade, earning a spot in the Hong Kong Rugby Union Hall of Fame in 2017. As a teenager, Alex was an Australian Professional Bodyboarding Champion.
Rodger Corser is well known to Australian audiences having worked extensively in television, theatre, and film. Over recent years Rodger has been nominated for six Silver and three Gold TV WEEK Logie Awards for his portrayal of Doctor Hugh Knight in the Nine Network’s Doctor Doctor.
Rodger’s earlier television productions include major roles in Underbelly (Ch9), RUSH, Puberty Blues, and the Political drama Party Tricks with Asher Keddie (Ch10). Rodger has also starred alongside Claudia Karvan in Foxtel’s Spirited and Sarah Snook in the ABC’s The Beautiful Lie as well as featuring in the Netflix/ABC paranormal series Glitch. Rodger has also appeared in some of Australia’s most iconic TV series such as Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, The Doctor Blake Mysteries, Stingers, McLeod’s Daughters, Home and Away, and Water Rats. Other work includes the 1999 Australian tour of RENT the musical and US TV productions Camp alongside Rachel Griffiths and The Starter Wife with Debra Messing. Recent work includes the Netflix six-part limited series Thai Cave Rescue, playing 2019 Australian of the year, Dr Richard “Harry” Harris. Other recent work includes Paramount+ drama Five Bedrooms, BBC comedy Queen of Oz with Catherine Tate.
Rodger has also worked recently in non-scripted television as the host of Network Ten’s reality series, The Traitors. For the Nine Network as a guest host on Today Extra, Narrator on RPA and is soon to be seen in 2025 as the host of new prime-time gameshow The Floor.
